This is one of the Christmas cards you can make if you book a Christmas Card Making Night with me. (Inspired by a card by Laura Brown) Believe it or not Christmas is only 5 short months away so if you want to be prepared with all your Christmas cards made ahead of time, start making them now! What better way to do this than with friends. Why not book a card making night at your house?
You only need 4 people minimum, the maximum is how many you can fit around your dining table (usually 8) Everyone pays $15 and will get to make 10 cards each, 5 each of 2 designs. I provide all the materials and instructions, all you have to do is stamp and assemble. How easy is that?
You can also purchase lovely super smooth envelopes, that you can stamp to match your cards, for only $3 extra. If you live within 30 minutes of Windsor in Sydney email me today to book your card making night today.
I went to a surprize baby shower today. What fun it was! Here are the invitations I made but obviously couldn't post until now. Simple yet cute.
I stamped the green card with the giraffe from the "little hellos" stamp set and the flower from "little pieces". You could see them though the vellum.

This is the card I made for my sister, her birthday is five days after mine! It is hard to read but the tag says "Birthday wishes", it is better in real life!
I used the new Scribble Jumbo Wheel from the Australian Stampin' Up! Spring Mini Catalogue, out on 1 August. I have my advance copies so if anyone would like one email me. There are some lovely new products in it! I coloured in the wheel with the soft subtle stampin' write markers. I also used the tag punch to make this double ended tag - it was so easy! Simple yet effective. Hope you like it. Thanks for looking.

It was my birthday last week and these are the handmade cards I recieved. I also got some lovely other cards too! Any card is a bonus I think, but handmade ones are particularly special to me. Thanks so much to Chris, Margaret, Georgina, Merryl, Jacqui and Benjamin and Hayden for your lovely creations.
These cards graced the window sill above my kitchen sink (so I got to enjoy them lots and lots, cos I spend an awful lot of time in the kitchen, LOL!) for 6 days, that is how long I have until the next birthday in our house (my husband's). Mid June until mid July is the birthday bonanza month in our family, we have no less than 10 immediate family birthdays from the 19th June until the 19th of July. It makes for a fun time!
