This is a card I designed using the ideas shared with demonstrators at Stampin' Up! Convention this year by the lovely Ngaire Anderson. Ngaire demonstrated some ways to use our Stampin' Up! punches in different ways and created this lovely flower using the 2 oval punches.
I used the the stunning Raspberry Tart designer series papers to make this flower, teamed with rose red and kiwi kiss card.
You will also notice the side of the card has an interesting closure. Ngaire also showed us this. She used the scallop edge punch to create a hole in the edge of the card that you can thread a strip of card through so it keeps the card closed (Brilliant!). I have wrapped the strip of card around the entire card then into the slot.
Here is a closer look:
I really liked that I could use my scallop edged punch in a different way. It makes my tools seem so much more valuable to me if they are versatile.
All of the products used to make this card are Stampin' Up! products and are available to purchase through me. Just email if you would like to order anything. jocam_wassens@hotmail.com

Happy Stamping!
Hi Jo
I've been thinking of you lately, so thought I'd pop to your blog and say hi. How's that for timing - I just love the cards you made! I'll miss you at Noosa this year.
Hugs, Ngaire
